Since ever product is unique and special and due to the nature of most of our products, we do not offer returns.

In the rare chance that you package arrived damaged, a claim must be filed on your behalf through your selected shipping provider.

We make a strong effort to package every item with upmost care and attention to detail but things happen. If your purchase arrives damaged or with some other defect please contact us directly.

>> REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds except for unique situations. One you click “Submit” to your order we are billed directly from your preferred shipping courier and we cannot be reimbursed such. If your order has yet to process, we will, under some circumstances, refund your order while retaining the shipping fee.
